Larry began his career over 35 years ago in transportation. The year 1992 marked a shift in Larry's focus. He began excavating and selling cap rock to the emerging landscaping business in south Florida. His value-driven approach to business has proved successful. Larry continues to focus on sourcing new varieties of rock from all over the world. Larry currently resides in Homestead with his wife Sara.

Ryan has over 12 years of experience in the sale and distribution of rock. Ryan didn't begin his career sitting behind a fancy desk in a big office, but rather learned every aspect of the rock business by excavating, sourcing, and purchasing natural stone. Ryan was the first to see the potential of diversifying Larry's Cap Rock & Stone product offerings. His vision for the company brings a fresh perspective.

Allyson is a graduate of Loyola University of New Orleans where she majored in Mass Communications. Before joining the company Ms. Humphries was the Promotions Manager for Assurant Solutions. Prior to joining Assurant she served as the North American Trade Relations Manager for Del Monte Fresh. Ms. Humphries has more than 10 years of experience in the promotion and marketing of various products in the produce and insurance industries. She brings corporate efficiencies and effective management practices to a growing company. Ms. Humphries resides in Miami with her husband Phillip.
